What you need to know about our coaching and billing.
What is a business coach?
Coaching is a collaborative relationship between a trained coach and an individual (or a team) seeking to enhance their personal and professional skills, performance, and development. A coach does this through guided conversations, that the “coachee” is able to use to discover and implement strategies towards those goals.
Do we meet in person, on the phone, or online?
We’re located in Pittsburg PA and are open to meeting local clients in person when possible. That said, the majority of our meetings take place via Zoom or Google Meets as we cater to clients globally. You do not need an account for Zoom or Google Meets, we’ll send you a link to join in your browser!
How long do the meetings last?
We offer meeting times of 15min, 30min, and 1 hour at a time but you can schedule how often you’d like.
Am I able to change my coaching Path or Focus?
Yes, we can change your Path or Focus any time. Just reach out to our support.
What happens to unused coaching time at the end of the month?
Coaching time does not rollover month to month- this is to encourage consistency with your coaching and prevent large numbers of coaching hours from piling up and overwhelming our coaches during busier months.

We appreciate your understanding on this matter but try to be as fair as possible when practicing it. If you are expecting to be on vacation or are otherwise unable to take advantage of your monthly coaching as you normally would, please reach out to our team, we can help ensure you get to use the hours you paid for.
Why do I need a business coach?
A coach is meant to provide valuable support and guidance. Having someone to trust who can see the big picture, provide feedback and ideas, and inspire you to reach your goals can make a huge a difference in your day-to and relationships with others.

How often do we meet?
That’s 100% up to you. We’ve found that consistency is the key to most coaching journeys. We really encourage consistently through our available monthly Paths (subscriptions), whether it’s 1 meeting a month or more, so we can work together to make actionable steps towards your goals.
Are there any long-term contracts to sign?
All of our Paths/ subscriptions are month to month unless stated otherwise (I.e. we offer prepaid Paths for 3, 6, and 12 months intervals too). You can change or cancel your Path subscription anytime.
Can I schedule appointments without a coaching Path (subscription)?
Once you have a Path, you can add additional à la carte coaching sessions any time if you want additional meetings with your coach. However, in order to be a member of the Meredith Coaching community, you must have a coaching Path/ sign up.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of our service, we do not normally offer refunds. That said, you are welcome to reach out with your request and we will review it on a case by case basis.
